PUWER Inspections.

Regulation 6 of PUWER (Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998) requires that where the work equipment is exposed to conditions causing deterioration which is liable to result in dangerous situations, it must be inspected at suitable intervals in order for any deterioration to be “detected and remedied within good time”. The findings of these inspections and any resultant actions taken must be recorded until at least the next inspection.

Our engineers can carry out thorough PUWER inspections, focusing on safety-critical components that could affect the capability of the equipment being operated in a safer manner.

FLT and MEWP Statutory Examinations

Having a valid report of Thorough Examination is a statutory legal requirement. All your lifting equipment needs to be inspected at least every 12 months depending on the type and use, ensuring your equipment is in safe working order. Regular LOLER and PUWER inspections can reduce downtime of your equipment keeping your operations running safely and efficiently.

Our team of engineers conduct inspections within all workplace environments for health and safety requirements under LOLER, PUWER, COSHH, LEV and PSSR.
